A copy of this is available at www.esv.vic.gov.au. Site holders using LP Gas are also required to complete the Gas Safety Checklist within this document. Completed documents will be sited by event staff at the event
Public And Product Liability
All exhibitors are required to have Public Liability Insurance (at least 10 million dollar cover) for the Festival. A copy of your Public Liability - Certificate of Currency should be attached to your application form.

Best Practice Waste Management
Is encouraged and well regarded by Bayside City Council, ‘Exhibitor Best Practice Waste Management’ guidelines will be included and distributed as part of the information pack sent prior to the event.
Additional pre-event requirements will be issued once sites are confirmed.

The Bright n Sandy Food and Wine Festival is open to the public from 11.00am – 7.00pm. Exhibitors must be open and trading during these times. Exhibitors are not permitted to pack up before this time. Stallholders must have current Public Liability Insurance (of a minimum of $10 million). This should state “Anywhere in Australia”. Fruitbowl Productions Pty Ltd reserves the right to refund in full any payments received. Notification of non-attendance is required. No refunds will be given for non-attendance. Fruitbowl Productions accepts no responsibility for adverse weather and no refunds will be given for this reason. Balloons are not permitted at the Bright n Sandy Food and Wine Festival. Exhibitors must comply with the requirements of any legislation applicable to them, including the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004. All Exhibitors will be provided with an allocated site, this site will be set at the discretion of the Festival Organiser and cannot be moved or swapped without prior agreement. Exhibitors are not permitted to promote their services or products outside of this area. i.e. Distribution of material across festival site. All Stallholders are not permitted outside their demised site for promoting or selling of their services. Exhibitors agree that their image and/or voice as recorded, photographed or filmed during the festival may be broadcast or published for the purposes of Bright n Sandy Food and Wine Festival and Fruitbowl Productions promotion and Marketing. Exhibitors are not permitted to have animals at their site (unless written permission is granted by the Festival Organiser). The Festival Organiser has the right to direct stallholders to leave if the stallholder’s behaviour is not appropriate and/or does not comply with the Stallholder Terms and Conditions or the Bright n Sandy Food and Wine Festival Site Rules (provided in the Stallholder Information Pack prior to the event). Stallholders are to represent themselves, their site and the festival in a professional, safe and courteous manner and to not engage in behaviour that brings the reputation of Bright n Sandy Food and Wine Festival and other stall holders in disrepute. Stallholders must respond cooperatively to any direction given by Festival Management in relation to the operation and occupation of their stall, vehicle, equipment and goods and any direction of a security or safety nature.

I / we in consideration of permission granted by Fruitbowl Productions Pty Ltd and Bayside City Council in respect to this application and event hereby agree to indemnify and to keep indemnified and to hold harmless, Council its servants and agents and each of them against all actions, costs demands and damages whatsoever which may be brought or made against Council and / or the event organiser and / or their agents or Contractors or both arising out of or in connection with the scope of activities contained in this application.
Please note, completion of this form does not guarantee acceptance to exhibit at the Bright N Sandy Festival. A confirmation email with a link for payment will be sent to accepted exhibitors by Monday 21 January with payment due by Monday 28 January.
